Dive in to explore all the exciting updates that make your sales workflow smarter and faster.
Introducing AI Search — Find leads just the way you think
You know who you want to target, like CEOs at startups that recently raised funding. But building complex filters slows you down.
That’s why we built AI Search.
Just type your ideal customer and our AI instantly finds qualified leads — no manual filtering, no guesswork.
How this helps you:
- Skip the maze of filters. Just describe your ideal customer in natural language.
- Get a ready-to-prospect lead list in seconds.
- Choose from recommended prompts or start fresh.
Real-time buying signals now available in Slack
Get instant notifications about competitor moves (G2 reviews, LinkedIn engagement) right in your Slack workspace. No more logging in or manual checks.
How this helps you:
- Stay updated with real-time alerts on competitor G2 reviews and LinkedIn engagement.
- Keep everyone aligned with shared signals visible to your whole team.
- Coming soon: receive notifications for interested replies, meeting bookings, and more — all delivered in Slack.
Send smarter multichannel outreach with conditional sequences
With conditional sequences, your outreach now adapts automatically based on prospect behavior and data availability. Set up a sequence once: if a prospect accepts your LinkedIn request, send a personalized message; if not, follow up with an email or call.
How this helps you:
- No leads get lost — every prospect gets the right touchpoint
- Automate next steps without guesswork or cloning sequences
- Automatically shift to email or call when data is missing

Starting now, you can create paths that change based on LinkedIn connection status. Soon, you’ll be able to branch based on more conditions.

Duo gets smarter with self-learning
Duo now learns from your feedback on bad companies and wrong contacts. When you dismiss a lead as “Not the right person” or “Bad company,” Duo asks why and uses that info to improve recommendations.
How this helps you:
- Get cleaner feeds with less noise and more relevant leads.
- Exclude traits like industry, job function, or location that cause bad matches.
- Exclude specific people or companies if no traits fit, so they don’t show up again.
- If your signal filters include Personas, Duo will exclude those traits from the associated Personas too — so your feedback applies across related signals automatically.

Note: Currently this feature is only available to admins.
Simplified setup for 'past customer job changes' signal
Now, just tell us how to identify your customer accounts in Salesforce or HubSpot. Duo automatically tracks job changes for all contacts linked to those accounts. For advanced setups, you can still use the existing label-based option.
How this helps you:
- Easily set up by identifying customer accounts in your CRM
- Automatically track job changes for contacts linked to those accounts
- Save time with auto setup and use advanced setup for complex needs

Salesfinity & Trellus calls now show up in analytics, calls page, and CRM
Calls made through Salesfinity and Trellus now appear in the Calls tab, count in Analytics, and can be pushed to your CRM — just like native Amplemarket Dialer calls. Admins can choose whether to sync these third-party calls to the CRM if the dialers already do this directly.
How this helps you:
- See all your calls in one place, no matter the dialer you use
- Get accurate call analytics including Salesfinity and Trellus activity
- Keep your CRM up to date with all calls, with flexible syncing options

Sequence stops for companies when a lead replies or a call is logged
Now, when someone at a company replies or a call is logged, Amplemarket automatically stops outreach to other contacts at the same company—no more manual removals.
You can apply this rule sequence-by-sequence or enable it globally for all new sequences in Safety Settings. Removed contacts can be resumed or retried later if needed.
How this helps you:
- Prevents sending redundant or spammy messages to the same company
- Saves time by automating contact removals after replies or calls
- Keeps outreach organized and respectful

Convert Salesforce leads to contacts without auto-creating Opportunities
Now, you can toggle off automatic Opportunity creation when converting Leads to Contacts in Salesforce. Find this option in CRM Settings > Push > Leads/Contacts. The default setting keeps Opportunity creation enabled to avoid breaking changes.
How this helps you:
- Keeps your CRM clean by avoiding unwanted Opportunities
- Gives you control over Lead-to-Contact conversion behavior
Email Service Provider data now included for new leads in Lists
Now you can optimize email deliverability by matching leads’ email service providers (like Gmail or Outlook) to your own mailboxes. This helps ensure your emails land in your prospect’s main inbox.
How this helps you:
- Automatically get ESP data for new leads added to Lists
- Improve deliverability by using the right mailbox for each lead
- Ensure your emails land where prospects actually check them
Note: This only applies to new leads added to Lists.
Funding data now included in Searcher exports
Now, when you export people or companies from Searcher, your CSV will include key funding details: total_funding, funding_last_round_amount, funding_last_round_type, funding_last_round_date.
How this helps you:
- Target accounts more precisely based on funding status
- Assign reps to accounts at the right time using up-to-date funding info
- Make smarter, data-driven decisions in your outreach and account management
Smarter default selection for LinkedIn account type
Now, when you connect your LinkedIn account, Amplemarket auto-detects and pre-selects the right account type — no more defaulting to “Basic.”
How this helps you:
- Save time with automatic account type detection
- Reduce confusion and cognitive load during setup
- Keep your preferences intact when reconnecting the same account
Activity filter now stays applied within the same Universal Task Viewer session
When moving between tasks in the Universal Task Viewer (UTV), the activity filter you set in the Activity tab no longer resets.
How this helps you:
- Keep your filters active as you switch tasks
- Save time by avoiding repeated filter resets
- Enjoy a smoother, more seamless task review experience
Improved CRM Activity Tracking for Existing Contacts under Selective Push
Now, there’s a new option in CRM Settings > Push > Activities (advanced section) that ensures all Amplemarket activity for existing CRM leads and contacts is logged — even if those contacts weren’t created by Amplemarket. This keeps your Selective Push rules intact while providing full visibility of activity in your CRM.
How this helps you:
- Maintain your Selective Push setup without adding noise to your CRM
- Capture all Amplemarket activity for existing leads and contacts
- Get a complete, accurate view of team outreach and engagement in your CRM
Hope these updates make your experience with Amplemarket even better!
