The challenge

Like many growing AI companies, Centaur had a cutting-edge product but knew they had work to do in improving the precision and effectiveness of their prospecting and outreach. “Data annotation is something that basically every AI model kind of needs, and there are plenty of solutions in the medical space. But the way that we do it is very different to the rest of the annotation companies out there.”

Andreas describes how the hiring of a new enterprise Account Executive (AE) and Vice President of Sales in mid-2024 triggered a concerted re-assessment of the company’s outbound sales process to become more competitive.

“These developments led the charge to revamp our sales system and to get some sort of tool to expand our reach. That’s when we started evaluating a lot of tools in the space.”

The solution
