Duo Voice in Duo Copilot

Our latest launch, Duo Voice is now available within Duo Copilot. Now you can preview AI-generated voice messages directly in your Duo Copilot feed and automate their delivery. Once you're confident, you can skip previews entirely and let Duo handle it in the background.

No more manual setup — Duo now auto-configures the Closed Lost Reactivation signal as soon as you connect your CRM, making it easier to re-engage past opportunities.

  • Instant activation — No need to manually define criteria; Duo handles it for you.
  • Duo filters out unqualified or duplicate deals and maps key CRM fields (like lost reasons and notes) to craft highly relevant AI-generated sequences.
  • Leads are assigned by CRM owner to ensure the right follow-ups.

Get inspired with sequence instruction suggestions 

Struggling to figure out the best way to structure your sequences? We’ve added smart suggestions to Sequence Instructions, just like we did for Tone of Voice. These prompts guide you through building effective outreach sequences based on your available features.

Customize CRM account ownership

Now, you can define which CRM fields determine account ownership directly in Duo Copilot signals. While we still pre-select default fields for HubSpot and Salesforce, you have full control to adjust them as needed — no more manual requests.

We’ve fine-tuned Duo Copilot’s sequence generation to improve accuracy and reduce manual edits. Now, sequences are more polished and follow best practices right from the start.

  • Greetings are always included, and sequence steps follow the correct order.

Find Copilot leads in your contacts page

Tracking Duo-generated leads just got easier! You can now filter your Contacts page to view only leads sourced by Duo Copilot, helping you stay on top of their status and re-engage the most promising ones.

  • Quickly find leads generated by Duo Copilot.
  • Re-engage high-interest leads with ease.
  • Stay organized with better lead tracking in your workflow.

Note: Filtering for Duo Copilot = True returns contacts whose last sequence was a Duo sequence. If a Duo Copilot contact is later engaged in a non-Duo sequence, it will no longer appear in the filter results.

New company page for better account management

We’ve redesigned the Company page for smoother account management and to power more account-centric motions.. Now, all your contacts & activities are in one place.

How does it benefit you?

  • All links, filters, data points, and outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.) are now easier to navigate.
  • Key account details are now featured in the details section.
  • Better pagination for decision-makers and improved navigation on long pages.

Edit lead details in live sequences 

No more being stuck with outdated info! You can now edit lead details directly from the Contacted Leads tab in live sequences. Updates will automatically apply to all upcoming sequence stages — so your outreach stays accurate and relevant.

  • Fix errors on the go without restarting sequences.
  • Keep outreach relevant by updating key lead details.
  • Stay flexible with a smoother, less restrictive workflow

Smarter handling of weekly LinkedIn connection limits

No more guessing when you've hit your LinkedIn connection cap! Amplemarket now detects when you've reached your weekly limit and automatically pauses affected actions — resuming them the following Monday at 9 AM (local time).

  • Stay compliant with LinkedIn’s limits without extra effort.

Self-serve caller ID verification

Custom call dispositions now sync with HubSpot

Frustrated by limited call disposition options? Now, Amplemarket syncs your custom call dispositions with HubSpot — no more being stuck with the default six. For example, when you mark a call as Wrong Person in Amplemarket, it will reflect the same way in HubSpot.

  • Custom dispositions now update in HubSpot if the names match exactly.
  • Capture the right call outcomes without manual work.
  • Set it once, and let the sync do the rest.
