New Duo signal: Track conference mentions on LinkedIn
Duo now lets you track posts about upcoming conferences and events so you can reach the right people at the right time.
How does this benefit you?
- Easily track conference mentions by entering the conference name and start monitoring.
- See both post authors and engaged users.
- Choose to track only authors or include engaged users, with advanced settings.

Duo now auto-excludes your company & competitors
Keeping your outreach focused just got easier. Duo now automatically excludes your own company and competitors from lead suggestions. No setup required. No surprises!
How does this benefit you?
- No need to manually exclude competitors; Duo handles it for you.
- If competitors change, your exclusion list updates automatically.
- Want to track a competitor anyway? You can remove them from the exclusion list manually.
Edit signals directly from your Duo feed
You can now update signals without leaving the feed, eliminating the need to navigate back and forth to settings. We’ve also made signal prompts easier to find and clarified the experience for non-admin users, so they know exactly how to request changes.
How does this benefit you?
- Quickly edit signals without disrupting your workflow.
- Easily discover and adjust signal prompts.
- Clearer guidance for non-admin users on requesting changes.

Reschedule & snooze tasks with ease
Stay organized and follow up at the right time. You can now reschedule or snooze tasks directly from the Tasks page or Universal Task Viewer so nothing slips through the cracks.
How does this benefit you?
- Reschedule tasks individually or in bulk.
- Snooze tasks to follow up when it matters.
- Plan call tasks ahead of time for better control.

Add leads to draft sequences from any source
Previously, adding leads to draft sequences was limited. Now, you can add them from external sources like Lead Lists, Saved Searches, CRM, and more — giving you more control over your sequences.
How does this benefit you?
- Add leads from Lead Lists, Saved Searches, LinkedIn/Gmail extension, CRM, and more.
- Draft sequences are now selectable by default in the "Add Leads to Sequence" flow.
- Easily build and refine sequences before going live.
Note: Leads can currently only be added from the same source type (e.g., Lead Lists or Saved Searches, not both).
Public API now supports phone & email reveal
Easily enrich your leads with emails & phone numbers programmatically. Now, you can reveal contact details via our Public API, making enrichment seamless for complex workflows. Each request reveals a single email and phone number.
How does this benefit you?
- No more missing data — Capture phone numbers & emails from demo forms, LinkedIn URLs, and more.
- Add leads to sequences with verified contact details.
- Flexible input options — Use LinkedIn URLs, name + title + company, or name + title + domain.
Default daily mailbox limit now 150 emails/day
To improve deliverability, we’ve lowered the default daily sending limit from 350 to 150 emails per mailbox per day. This prevents new accounts from unknowingly overloading their domains. Users with overrides will see that 350 is above our recommended limit in Safety settings.
How does this benefit you?
- Avoids domain burnout from excessive sending.
- Matches our recommended deliverability limits.
- Limits can still be adjusted at the account or mailbox level.

Instant CRM push for sequenced leads
Leads added to a live sequence can now be pushed to your CRM immediately (if an email is present), preventing duplicate outreach and ensuring better team coordination.
How does this benefit you?
- No more overlap — Avoid sequencing leads already targeted by your team.
- Leads are marked as “claimed” as soon as they’re sequenced.

Call dispositions now included in label filtering
Previously, filtering by “Interested” or “Not Interested” only applied to email and LinkedIn interactions, leaving out call dispositions and making it harder to track engagement. Now, call dispositions are included, with clear indicators showing when a label came from a call.
How does this benefit you?
- Consistent filtering across calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions.
- No more missing leads — call dispositions now show up when filtering by these labels.
- Clear indicators show when a label was applied from a call disposition.

Prioritize Amplemarket phone data over CRM numbers
Amplemarket now lets you hide CRM-sourced phone numbers, ensuring you get fresh, high-quality data without relying on outdated contacts.
How does this benefit you?
- Automatically access Amplemarket phone data instead of outdated CRM numbers.
- Reduce manual workarounds and streamline call workflows.
- Ensure higher-quality contact data for better connect rates.

Calendar enrichment now skips hidden participants
Amplemarket now disables calendar enrichment when meeting participants are hidden, ensuring privacy is maintained.
How does this benefit you?
- Prevents unwanted enrichment of private meetings.
- No manual settings — this is now the default behavior
