1. Revamped sequence creation
Smoother, smarter sequence building is here!
We’ve redesigned your sequence builder page to address common issues reported by customers and optimize users’ outbound productivity.
How it helps you:
- Enjoy a clearer, guided sequence creation flow that improves outbound efficiency
- Gain easier visibility across settings with less information overload - minimize confusion and reduce avoidable errors
- Limit workflow friction with helpful warnings and error messages
2. New mailbox warmup progress insights
Check out the new and improved warmup tips on your Warmup and Domain Health Center pages...
How it helps you:
When you hover over a mailbox’s warmup progress bar, you’ll find new tooltips that give you:
- More visibility on warmup progress (5 different states along 12 weeks)
- Actionable net new lead volume tips: our recommendation for net new leads per day for that mailbox based on the current warmup state
These insights and benchmarks are based on our extensive industry research and experience to help you mitigate deliverability risks and set your mailboxes up for success.

3. Enhanced data coverage and email validation
We’ve invested in increasing our database freshness and coverage to bring Amplemarket users an even more extensive and reliable prospecting experience.
We’ve also improved the robustness of our email guessing capabilities which will contribute to an increase in the availability and accuracy of contacts’ emails.

- Increased daily updates and broader data sourcing means you can fuel your pipeline with more accurate lead data fitting your Ideal Customer Profile
- Reduce bounce risks and protect deliverability with more reliable email validation
- Avoid wasting time and hampering your team's productivity with unreliable lead data
4. More intuitive task view for admins
Account admins can now view their own tasks as default in the tasks page (instead of seeing all team member tasks first) for easier visibility.
Team tasks can still be accessed by adding or removing users in the “Owner” filter.

How it helps you:
- This adjustment was made based on customer feedback to make the admin viewing experience more intuitive
- Admins enjoy better visibility over tasks for easier team management
5. LinkedIn autopilot refinement
In the case that the first LinkedIn message in a sequence has to be skipped (because the prospect is not a first-degree connection), we’ve made sure that all subsequent text messages will be skipped so the prospect doesn’t receive out-of-context follow-ups.
You’ll also notice that the default of “x days after previous stage” has been changed from 3 to 5 days for a LinkedIn text message added after a LinkedIn Connection stage.

- Increase the chance of connections being accepted before first messages are sent
- Improve the quality of automated conversations and prospect engagements

6. Add leads to existing sequence improvement
We’ve made a small but crucial improvement to make it easier for you to add new leads to existing sequences without disrupting your overall outbound volume.
Where previously new leads were only scheduled for the next day, leads are now scheduled for the day they are added, except when:
- Leads are added outside the sending window and the delivery schedule of the sequence
- Timezone of the prospect is outside the sending window when added
- Max leads added per 24h was already reached

- Streamline your sequencing automation and intitiate new conversations faster
- Avoid disrupting your outbound quota and putting deliverability at risk
- Save time on volume management with intelligent automation
7. Extra Amplemarket updates
- More streamlines CRM integration and field mapping: You’ll notice new guardrails and alerts in place to help you understand when errors occur in your CRM integration and prevent sync issues being left unresolved. In the case that you make changes from your CRM, you’ll be notified in Amplemarket if fields get edited or deleted so Admin can adjust field mappings accordingly.
- Smarter email-based enrichment: Amplemarket’s AI is now capable of cross-referencing LinkedIn profiles of leads whose names and companies can be sourced from their emails, making enrichment from lists of emails more sophisticated and reliable than ever.
- New domain technical setup guidance: We’ve implemented a new banner that will be triggered whenever we detect issues with a user’s domain technical setup. This alert is designed to prevent users from overlooking deliverability risks and maximize their outbound potential. For more information about these notifications, check out this video.
